Photographing for ID Cards
Photographs are necessary for issuing identification cards and are also used in the university information systems. They enable students and employees to identify each other within the university environment.

Photographing takes place all year round (even during holidays) at the time indicated above in the University Computer Centre. Some faculties also organize special photography dates for first-year students.
A photograph is usually published within next working day in the information systems. However, in the peak-period (when 1st year-students are photographed), the standard time can be delayed up to one week.
The photograph is usually available in the information systems by the next working day after it is taken. During busy times (e.g. when 1st year-students are photographed), the time may extend up to one week. The full-resolution photo can be downloaded from INET.
In the case that a student or employee is unable to attend photographing during the posted hours of operation, they may take their own photograph and upload it online through the application in INET. Individual photo shoot dates are not provided.
Eligibility and Requirements
- MU employees are photographed with priority.
- (Re-)Photoshooting is free of charge.
- You are asked to provide valid ID or passport.
- Photographs sent via email or other media (e.g. usb) are not accepted as an official profile photography at university information systems.
